"Has been on my list to check out. Work had me in the area tonight. Atmosphere is your local bar/dine in area. Large dining seating in the rear from the bar. People discribed the place as a dive; it's not. Local nice place Front and rear entrance welcoming and nice. Parking mostly in the rear. I started with a bowl of cream of crab. Tasty but very few strands of crab. Meatloaf with gravy fries , Mac and cheese. Everything was average good, but plated well. No WOW factor with the food. The meatloaf had a texture I didn't like compared to great meatloaf I've had elsewhere. In today's pricing world I found the pricing in line with most places in the area on this level 10 - 30 dollars and seafood items stated as market price. Service was simple and minimum."

"The food was wonderful. Our server, Kiera, was knowledgeable and friendly. The food came out quick and was delicious with great portions. The place was very clean and well maintained."

"A bit of a dive, but the food was phenomenal. The cream of crab soup was exceptionally good as well as the crab balls. The service was ok, but the waitress was so busy talking to the locals that she left us hanging for quite a bit. The food came quickly and she brought it out just fine, but we waited for quite awhile (after she knew we were done) for the check."

"I really loved the crab balls!! Cheese steaks were tasty. Kids gobbled up the mac n cheese with chicken tenders. I would come back."

"Great local hometown spot for food and ice cold beers. Kinda hidden, but worth a visit. Some of the best Cream of Crab soup you'll ever have! And they still use frosted mugs for draft beers. Steaks are directly from a local butcher, and their Maryland Steamed Crabs are top notch!"

"I wish I lived closer to this terrific place. We only get to visit about once a year but whenever we are traveling (even remotely close) we make it a point to go for food, drinks & atmosphere. Even tho it's a neighborhood place they are so outgoing to visitors, just so friendly! Before you even get to the door the people on the smoking deck start talking to you the minute they see your out of state license plate. You have a choice between the dining area or the bar area (that has tables, booths or seats around the pretty large bar) it's always busy which shows you how great it is! Everything is delicious but our favorites are crab balls (crab cakes made round so they stay so tender & soft in the center) the corn nuggets (small fritters) mac & cheese & the fantastic burgers. Find your way to this little gem you'll become hooked."

"Traveled here for the ultimate soup I think they call it. We called it half and half. Half cream of crab, and half classic maryland crab soup. It was everything everyone talks about and then some!! The service was outstanding, and the restaurant was so comfortable."
